- Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and related materials is transferred to you.
- Instant Web reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Instant Web is not responsible for any issues, downtime, or losses caused by third-party providers.
